The energy industry is a lucrative and fast-paced one with different career paths and a large gap for skilled professionals- within Nigeria and Africa- to fill.

Due to the current skills gap in the sector, the Energy Talent Company launched a program designed to give youths access to technical resources and educational expertise, helping them make a successful career in the Renewable Energy Industry.

The Energy Talent Program is a 24-month career development and job-placement program that trains promising and talented STEM graduates to build successful careers in the Nigerian Solar industry.

The program is geared to transform the African economy within the next three decades. By developing high-quality professional energy talent, the African continent will be well-positioned for energy access transformation.

Designed by foremost international learning experts and dedicated consultants, The Energy Talent Program has been created to help Nigerian youths achieve personal development and career growth as solar energy professionals.

The program offers a blended learning approach that harnesses a mix of online and offline training sessions, including a strong support system that ensures that you are adequately skilled for the global RE market. Participants will gain practical and technical experience working across projects in the solar industry.

To qualify, you need to be a graduate from any of the following disciplines:

  • Mechanical engineering
  • Physics
